Project: Reconstruct a key corridor in Mankato amongst historic buildings while maintaining area business acess.

Goals: 

  • Enhance pedestrian and vehicle safety

  • Improve traffic efficiency 

  • Upgrade outdated infrastructure

Key Improvements: 

  • Transitioned to a three-lane road

  • Widened sidewalks

  • Installed new traffic signals

  • Upgraded water mains, sanitary sewer, and stormwater drainage systems 

Gordini USA

Project: Construct a new 120,000 sq. ft. distribution center to expand Gordini USA's operations. 

Goals: 

  • Support business growth and economic development

  • Improve supply chain efficiency

  • Create job opportunities in the region

Key Improvements: 

  • Constructed a state-of-the-art distribution facility

  • Increased storage and logistics capacity

  • Provided new employment opportunities

Fire Station + Broadway Avenue Roundabout

Project: Build a new fire station and roundabout to improve public safety. 

Goals: 

  • Replace the outdated fire station with a modern facility

  • Improve emergency response times

  • Reduce traffic congestion and accidents

Key Improvements: 

  • Upgraded equipment and facilities 

  • Constructed a roundabout

  • Enhanced infrastructure to accommodate future city growth

Trifecta Truck Stop + Adams Street Roundabout

Project: Improve transportation infrastructure by building a 10-acre truck stop and corresponding roundabout. 

Goals: 

  • Provide essential services for truck drivers

  • Improve traffic efficiency at a busy intersection

  • Enhance road safety and reduce severe accidents

Key Improvements: 

  • Developed a full-service truck stop with fueling and amenities

  • Installed a roundabout

  • Improved road design
